B Adair (they/he) is a former paramedic and current Equity and Inclusion consultant who brings a mix of lived experience, humour, and heart to healthcare equity work. As a queer, fat, neurodivergent, transgender person with disabilities, B has a deep understanding of the barriers that exist within healthcare systems—and a passion for helping teams address them head-on. They specialize in creating brave, judgment-free learning spaces where folks can ask tough questions, explore inclusive practices, and build care environments that work for everyone. From frontline workers to leadership, B’s approach is always person-centred, practical, and grounded in real-world experience.
